What You'll Do:
Help Customers Find Solutions: Create solutions to assist customers with their accounts and prevent further delinquency.
Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Communicate with customers via phone to provide support and resolve issues.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Professionally and respectfully assist customers with their accounts.
Set Up Payment Arrangements: Leverage our call model to set up payment arrangements and prevent vehicle repossessions.
Update Customer Information: Ensure customer contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
Support Customer Service Requests: Address and resolve additional customer service inquiries.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED: Required.
High-Speed Internet: Minimum 15mbps download speed required.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer support and persuasive skills.
Call Center Experience (Nice to Have): Previous customer service or collections experience in a call center environment is a plus.
Finance or Automotive Experience (Nice to Have): Experience in the finance or automotive industry is a plus.
Schedule:
Mandatory 5 week virtual training Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm PST starting on 04/07/2025
Schedule Options (PST):
Option 1: Monday: 11am-8pm, Tuesday: OFF, Wednesday: OFF, Thursday: FLEX, Friday: FLEX, Saturday : 5am - 2pm Sunday: 5am - 2pm
Option 2: Monday: OFF, Tuesday: OFF, Wednesday: 11am - 8pm, Thursday: FLEX, Friday: FLEX, Saturday : 5am - 2pm Sunday: 5am - 2pm.
