** Now Hiring: Airport Customer Service Representative (Entry Level) ** _Location: Napa, CA_ **Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable first impressions? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the welcoming face of our station and play a key role in delivering a seamless and elevated experience for every guest.** **✨ What You'll Do:** + Greet and assist Customers upon arrival with warmth and professionalism. + Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process. + Maintain a pristine lounge environment, fully stocked with amenities. + Verify travel documents, screen baggage, and confirm Customers are fit to fly. + When assigned, perform valet duties including driving, parking, and retrieving vehicles. + Assist Customers in and out of their vehicles during arrival and departure. + Uphold strict standards for punctuality, appearance, and service excellence. ** What You Bring:** + A passion for customer service and hospitality. + Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. + Ability to perform intermittent physical activity (bending, reaching, standing for extended periods). + A team-first attitude and commitment to on-time performance. ** Ideal Candidate:** + Candidates with customer service/ hospitality experience + High attention to detail, courteous, and professional + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment + Punctual and reliable **Operations Schedule:** - 4 days per week - 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM - No operations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Saturdays **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
