Mr. Glass is a busy, family-run automotive shop looking to grow our team! We're seeking a full-time team member to work on tire services, windshield replacements, or ideally train in both areas. Whether you have experience or are willing to learn, we want to hear from you! We offer: • Full-time hours • On-the-job training • A tight-knit, local team • Competitive wage based on experience • A high-paced work environment where every day is different Responsibilities: Tire Side • Remove, install, and balance tires (passenger & light truck) • Inspect for wear or damage, repair flats • Rotate tires and perform seasonal swaps • Maintain tire inventory and work area cleanliness Glass Side • Remove and replace windshields, back glass, and side windows • Apply adhesive and ensure proper seals • Use hand and power tools to complete glass repairs • Clean up glass fragments and ensure vehicles are returned in clean condition General • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace • Assist with other shop tasks as needed • Interact with customers in a respectful, professional manner • Follow safety protocols and shop procedures Qualifications: • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada • Willing to relocate to Meadow Lake, SK (if applicable) • Physically capable of lifting heavy tires and tools • Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience is an asset • Valid driver’s license preferred • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and a willingness to learn About Company: Mr. Glass has proudly served Meadow Lake and surrounding communities for over 30 years.
