Our work is scaling through 2027, from our initial model of building capacity for 50 NGOs annually, to our current reach supporting more than 1,000 NGOs who in turn serve over 40 million learners in under-resourced contexts worldwide. Our experienced global team includes 23 dedicated experts in the fields of education, social impact, and international development, who are all passionate about advancing educational equity.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Team4Tech is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Program Officer (CPO) to lead and oversee all aspects of our program strategy, delivery, and monitoring and evaluation. The CPO will play a pivotal role in refining and executing the organization's programmatic vision, ensuring that all projects and initiatives meet the needs of our nonprofit partners, are aligned with our mission, and maximize our impact. This position requires a strategic, data and evidence minded, solutions-oriented leader with a deep background in both education and technology, as well as a proven track record in nonprofit program management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Chief Program Officer (CPO) is a critical leadership role responsible for articulating, implementing and managing Team4Tech's program strategy to maximize impact aligned with our mission and vision as described in our theory of change ( As part of the executive team, the CPO will report to the Executive Director and will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction, positioning Team4Tech for our next chapter of growth.

Qualifications :
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
Team4Tech is a remote-first workplace. All roles are remote full-time, with the expectation that the employee is willing and able to travel periodically to meet partners and attend conferences and internal meetings. This role assumes 20 – 30% national and international travel.
COMPENSATION
Salary is commensurate with experience and geographic location in the United States, ranging from $130,000-$160,000. Benefits include health insurance stipend, unlimited leave, and voluntary 401k contributions.
