Role Summary:  

We are seeking a dedicated KYB (Know Your Business) / AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Compliance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day execution of Wolfe's corporate reward card compliance programs. This role is crucial in ensuring our corporate reward card operations adhere to all relevant regulations and requirements and helping Wolfe effectively manage risks.

This position reports directly to the Banking Regulatory Compliance Director and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative organization. This role requires in-office attendance five days a week. Our offices are located in the Greentree Borough of Pittsburgh, PA.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure all business onboarding processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, as well as ensuring compliance with the requirements of Wolfe's issuing banks, processors, and networks. 
  • Conduct thorough KYB and due diligence reviews, which may include information gathering, documentation verification, and risk assessments. Maintain a strong understanding of KYB, AML, and CTF compliance standards to provide accurate assessments. 
  • Review corporate greeting cards, corporate credit card limit requests, and credit card orders for compliance with requirements and risk mitigation purposes. 
  • Review corporate requests for cobranded gift cards for compliance with internal and issuer policies, as well as network requirements. 
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, as well as external stakeholders, issuing banks, and transaction processors. 
  • Work cross-functionally with members of the Sales, Information Security, and Fraud teams to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the company's operations. 
  • Assist with Wolfe's continuous monitoring through transaction monitoring, compliance audits, and ongoing risk assessments. 
  • Promote a culture of awareness throughout the organization by maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders regarding compliance and risk issues. 
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the gift card industry and assist with the timely adaptation of company policies. 

Qualifications:  

  • Demonstrate Wolfe's values of integrity, teamwork, care, excellence, and drive. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a compliance or risk role with a focus on KYB, AML, or KYC, preferably within the financial services or gift card industry. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance and risk management (e.g., AML/KYB/KYC/OFAC/CTF). 
  • Ability to analyze complex information, identify red flags, and assess risk in business relationships. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document findings and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in using compliance software and platforms for due diligence, such as World-Check, LexisNexis, or other AML/KYC tools, is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately review documents and records for completeness and compliance. 
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
