Content Creator & Community Manager

Help Build a Cult-Like Following for a Growing Brand

Location: Nassau County, Long Island, NY (Hybrid: In-person & remote)

LVTD is a fast-growing, mission-driven brand that helps established entrepreneurs create scalable, predictable revenue streams without sacrificing their personal lives. We are on a mission to redefine business coaching —creating a movement where women, especially moms, achieve wealth, freedom, and impact on their terms .

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Community Manager to help us build a devoted following, engage our audience, and drive brand visibility on Instagram and beyond . This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll work directly with the CEO and Client Success Team to create and distribute content that connects, converts, and fosters community.

As our Content Creator & Community Manager , you will be responsible for:

✅ Creating & Posting Content : Designing, filming, editing, and publishing high-quality content across Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels).

✅ Building a Loyal Community : Engaging daily with followers, responding to DMs/comments, and sparking conversations to strengthen brand trust and authority.

✅ Owning the Instagram Strategy : Managing our business account —planning, scheduling, and optimizing content to maximize engagement and growth.

✅ Amplifying Client Success Stories : Showcasing testimonials and transformations that highlight the impact of LVTD’s coaching and programs.

✅ Driving Brand Growth : Testing viral content ideas, leveraging trends, and creating “must-follow” content that attracts new buyers.

✅ Coordinating with the CEO & Client Success Team : Understanding key client insights, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and integrating messaging that aligns with our overall business strategy.

This is a DO-er role —we are looking for someone who can execute and take ownership of LVTD’s social media presence and community-building efforts.

• Content Creation & Management
• Plan, film, and edit engaging Reels, Stories, and Instagram posts that reinforce LVTD’s brand voice.
• Write compelling, high-converting captions that drive interaction and sales.
• Create visually appealing designs using Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut .
• Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and engagement strategies to keep LVTD ahead of the curve .
• Schedule and publish content consistently, ensuring strategic execution of LVTD’s marketing calendar.
• Instagram Community Growth & Engagement
• Engage daily with followers via DMs, comments, and story interactions—nurturing conversations and relationships.
• Develop creative campaigns, challenges, or prompts that boost engagement.
• Manage and grow our Instagram Close Friends list and exclusive community spaces .
• Turn followers into engaged, loyal community members who can’t wait for the next LVTD product drop.
• Client Storytelling & Brand Authority
• Highlight client wins and transformation stories through engaging content formats.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments from events, coaching calls, and the CEO’s journey.
• Identify and feature user-generated content (UGC) that showcases the LVTD community in action.
• Metrics & Strategy
• Track and analyze Instagram performance weekly to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Optimize content strategy based on data insights and community feedback.
• Collaborate with the CEO to test new content approaches, social media trends, and launches .

✅ You have experience growing brands organically on social media, and can show proof of past successes.

• 3+ years of content creation & social media management experience (Instagram/TikTok preferred).
• Proven ability to grow and engage an audience through compelling content.
• Video editing & design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Experience with social media analytics and optimizing content performance.
• A creative, data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of content that converts .
• Strong copywriting skills for captions, emails, and social media posts.
• Ability to collaborate closely with a team but also execute independently.
• Bonus: Experience with business coaching, high-ticket offers, or digital product launches .
