PRS Guitars is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator to join our full-time, in-house Marketing team in Stevensville, Maryland, USA. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with the right experience to join a growing, first-generation company. 

Summary of the Creative Project Coordinator:

PRS is seeking an experienced creative project coordinator to join our Stevensville, Maryland based team. In this role you’ll work within our creative team (Director of Marketing, Creative Manager, Graphic Designers, Social Media Coordinator, Videographers) to support our team’s project planning, organization, communication, and execution.

This role reports to the Creative Manager and is an onsite position located at our Stevensville, Maryland factory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Creative Project Coordinator: (include and other duties may be assigned) 

• Attend and document project planning meetings across teams: strategy, video, design, social, web

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, predicting resources needed to complete projects

• Act as our team’s communication and logistics point person - helping team to prioritize work so that deadlines are met

• Assign tasks, create and maintain project schedules, details, and deliverables in Marketing project management software: Hive

• Track status of all projects and provide updates on a consistent basis to Creative Manager and/or Director of Marketing

• Identify and offer creative solutions to solve project challenges

• Learn our Enterprise Resource Software to effectively manage inventory

• Assist as needed with on-site / off-site photo and video shoots

What you Need to Apply for the Creative Project Coordinator Role:

• 2+ years experience in a project management role, agency or in-house

• Highly organized, managing time and deadlines well

• Knowledge of project management software (we use Hive!)

• Excellent attention to detail and follow through

• Ability to juggle various projects and handle tight deadlines

• Communicates well and appreciates a "can-do" team culture

• Able to problem solve and thrives in a dynamic work environment

What would be Nice to have for the Creative Project Coordinator Role:

• Experience supporting a creative team

• Musician or ability to speak the language of guitar

• Prior experience using Hive (project management software)

• Strong writing skills

Salary Range for the Creative Project Coordinator

• $60,000 - $70,000
