As a Creative Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our creative marketing and branding efforts—ensuring projects are well-executed, on time, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the creative development of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and digital content strategies
- Collaborating with graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, and external vendors to bring ideas to life
- Creating and managing project timelines, briefs, and deliverables using tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Working closely with executives and department heads to align branding and communication across all channels
- Overseeing content production for websites, social media, internal communications, and proposal materials
- Troubleshooting bottlenecks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring creative work is delivered on budget and on brand
- Tracking performance of creative assets and reporting on key metrics for growth and engagement
What We’re Looking For - 2–5 years of experience in creative or project management roles (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio of work showing creative leadership and project ownership
- Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
- Experience managing remote creative teams and coordinating across time zones
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Construction industry or B2B experience is a plus, but not required
