Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Detail Manager to oversee the quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards of our facilities/products/vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing detail staff, ensuring all work meets established standards, and coordinating with other departments to support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the work of detailing staff to ensure high-quality output and adherence to company standards. * Develop and implement standard operating procedures for detailing operations. * Train and mentor team members to ensure proper techniques and safe use of equipment and materials. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with vendors for procurement. * Schedule workloads and assign tasks to ensure timely project completion. * Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certifications in operations or management are a plus. * 3+ years of experience in a detailing or quality control role, with 1+ years in a supervisory or managerial position. * Strong knowledge of detailing tools, techniques, and safety procedures. * Excellent attention to detail and quality standards. * Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
