Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. You’ll drive engaging campaigns, maximize our digital presence, measure what works, and continuously optimize to make things better.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, review analytics and contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies that clearly align with business objectives
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept to reporting
• Monitor and manage campaigns daily, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and initiatives across all programs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are fully integrated with all marketing channels for a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
• Track daily progress and status of different marketing programs and channels to pick up on trends
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including 2+ years of paid social media advertising
• Expert in organization and project management
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
