New Pay Rate: $15.00 -$15.72 per hour. depending on Shift

Hours/Days of Work:

• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN shifts - 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts available.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.

Job Stability: 

• No layoffs, overtime pay, guaranteed hours, job security, and additional bonus pay for working shifts outside the normal schedule. 

Date Available: Immediately.

Minimum Education/ Experience:

• High school graduate or GED certificate.
• No experience is necessary.
• Tammy Lynn Center known as TLC will provide paid training for those hired.
• Preference is given to applicants with training or experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid North Carolina driver’s license is preferred, but not required.

Brief Description of Work Performed:

• Caring for individuals with severe/profound developmental disabilities and assisting with all daily life activities.
