About Us:

Miami Mixed Media is a versatile printing company passionate about creating innovative products. Our expertise includes puff printing, glow-in-the-dark effects, and discharge printing. Our facility features A/C, surround sound, and our beloved shop dog, Yunta . We’re located at 6788 NE 4th Ave , in the heart of Miami’s Little River business district.

Position: Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing Operator

This is DTG printing — NOT DTF or Large Format. If you do not have DTG experience, please do not apply.

We're looking for a reliable, motivated DTG operator who genuinely enjoys the digital and hands-on nature of Direct To Garment printing . You must have prior DTG experience to be considered.

And most importantly:

Responsibilities

• Operate DTG printers to produce customized high-quality garments
• Pre-treat and pre-heat garments prior to production
• Perform routine printer maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Review and follow work orders and packing slips accurately
• Assist with organization and cleanliness in both pre- and post-production areas
• Perform garment quality checks during and after printing
• Occasionally interact with customers if needed in a friendly, professional way
• Use Photoshop (basic level) for file prep and edits

Qualifications

• DTG printing experience is required
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Highly motivated and hard-working
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with solid communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift boxes and stand for long periods
• Some experience with Photoshop or similar design tools

Esto es impresión DTG — NO DTF ni formato grande. Si no tienes experiencia en DTG, por favor no apliques.

Buscamos un operador de DTG motivado y confiable que disfrute de la parte digital y manual de la impresión directa a prendas. Debes tener experiencia previa en DTG para ser considerado.

Responsabilidades

• Operar impresoras DTG para producir prendas personalizadas de alta calidad
• Pretratar y pre-calentar las prendas antes de imprimir
• Realizar mantenimiento y resolver problemas básicos de las máquinas
• Mantener el espacio de trabajo limpio y organizado
• Seguir órdenes de trabajo y albaranes con precisión
• Verificar la calidad de las prendas durante y después de la impresión
• Colaborar con el equipo y mantener un ambiente productivo
• Usar Photoshop (nivel básico) para editar o preparar archivos

Calificaciones

• Se requiere experiencia previa en impresión DTG
• Gran atención al detalle y estándares altos de calidad
• Motivado, trabajador y eficiente
• Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y mantener la organización
• Actitud positiva y habilidades de comunicación
• Puntual y confiable
• Capacidad para estar de pie largos períodos y levantar peso
• Conocimiento básico de Photoshop o herramientas similares
