Housekeeping Manager (Assisted Living & Memory Care): 

Sundale Senior Living offers assisted living to seniors. Our goal is to bridge the gap between independent living and standalone assisted living solutions for seniors. 

As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for providing residents a service that exceeds their expectations, at all times. Must desire to work with seniors and have a tolerance for behaviors associated with the aging processes.

• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
• Ability to remain calm in a variety of situations and use sound judgment
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed . Must be available to work weekends and holidays

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Assign cleaning and maintenance tasks and ensure the team completes all general cleaning assignments in resident apartments, hallways, & common areas
• Make sure that high standards of cleanliness are consistent and satisfactory. Address issues that arise promptly.
• Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, preservation of equipment, and achievement of safe working practices. 
• Check inventory and maintain adequate stock levels. As well as making sure the team has adequate supplies.
• Wash, Dry, Fold, and store linens and other laundry of the community and residents
• Maintaining carpeted surfaces, including extracting, cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.
• Create staffing schedules accordingly. Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
