Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through a consultative sales approach

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, or 8+ years in a related industry
2 years of college education or equivalent experience
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a team
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Familiarity with insurance (health, life, property & casualty, or investments) is preferred
A network within the industry is a plus
