Job Description

• Complete mobile check deposit review
• Complete quarterly audits for quality assurance
• Complete compliance hold review
• Place or revise holds to reduce the exposure of risk to the bank
• Initiate internal account closings
• Communicate via phone, email and/or letters with other bank employees, financial institutions, account holders, and/or makers
• Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the Deposit Processing and Reporting guidelines and assigned approval limits
• Provide branch assistance
• Other duties as assigned
Position level will be dependent upon external and internal experience Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
• Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Capable of meeting deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good written and communication skills
• Comfortable in a repetitive environment
• Banking/Support Operations experience is preferred
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
