We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to build strong relationships with referral partners, assist clients in securing the right loan products, and help make homeownership dreams a reality.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners, including Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches.
Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strong business connections through company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer activities.
Stay informed about loan products, policies, underwriting requirements, and industry regulations.
Analyze financial and credit data to match clients with suitable loan programs based on their needs and risk levels.
Maintain a strong presence in the local market to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.

Qualifications:
Active NMLS GA state license is required.
2+ years of successful mortgage origination experience with a focus on self-sourced business.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed production goals.
In-depth knowledge of FNMA (Fannie Mae), FHLMC (Freddie Mac), FHA, and VA loan guidelines.
A thorough understanding of real estate transactions and all aspects of mortgage lending.
