Role Overview:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll play a key role in helping clients navigate the mortgage process and ensure their success. You'll have access to leadership, top-notch training, cutting-edge marketing, technology, in-house processing, superior underwriting, and a support team to help you grow your business.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate a culture of collaboration, trust, and best-in-class service
Be a subject matter expert on the mortgage process and products
Stay informed on local real estate market trends, forecasts, and competitive landscape
Possess a working knowledge of Conventional and Government loan products
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with realtors, homebuilders, and other referral sources
Originate and close residential home loans

Compensation:

Our performance-based compensation structure provides significant earning potential. Loan Officers may be classified as outside sales exempt employees, earning 100% commission on loans originated and closed, or non-exempt employees, with a combination of minimum wage and commissions. Commission rates range from 50 to 150 basis points, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications:

Currently producing Mortgage Loan Originators with stable work history
Minimum of 1 residential home loan closed per month on average
Licensed with NMLS
Established referral network for sourcing self-generated purchase leads
Hybrid and fully remote opportunities available based on experience and licensing requirements
U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)
