Job Summary

JEO Consulting Group, Inc., is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who will split hours between our Lawrence, Topeka and Overland Park offices.  The Administrative Assistant will:

• Provide project assistance as needed (mailers, collating, printing, and other production tasks)
• Manage travel arrangements, training, and conference registrations, etc.
• Collect and distribute mail to include shipping of items when needed
• Maintain/order/stock both office and breakroom supplies
• Assist with events such as retreats, leadership breakfasts, golf tournaments, and other client events
• Coordinate conference room meetings and meals
• Support office building matters/requests-communicate with building maintenance staff on cleaning needs, etc.
• Maintain service records for pool vehicles and assist with maintenance schedule and service needs
• Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in an office environment preferred
• Strong organizational ability
• Ability to work independently and multi-task with attention to details, accuracy, and deadlines
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Highly flexible and adaptable
• Proficient in MS Office products including Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Adobe
