ROLE IMPACT
This role provides essential clerical and departmental support during a staffing transition, helping maintain workflow continuity and operational efficiency. Ideal for candidates seeking a part-time schedule with the opportunity to grow into a longer-term position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide general administrative assistance including filing, scanning, and document handling
• Support department operations with daily clerical tasks and updates
• Assist in organizing records and maintaining orderly workspace
• Perform data entry and light reporting as needed
• Adapt to shifting priorities and complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive bending and stooping
• Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods
• Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
• No formal education requirements; retirees welcome if physically capable
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Basic MS Office or similar software for document handling
• Standard office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Physical file management systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in administrative or office support
• Positive attitude toward physical tasks and light labor
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving schedule demands
