Are you a hands-on leader looking to make an impact in aerospace manufacturing? As a Production Supervisor at DG , you'll lead a team in a fast-paced, high-precision environment, overseeing Antenna Bonding & Assembly, Chemical Coating, Composite Bonding, and Finishing (Paint, Sanding, and Touch-Up).
Paint expertise is required , while composites experience is a huge plus but not required. If you specialize in Paint , we encourage you to apply—you'll receive training and support to expand your expertise across the other areas.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys driving process improvements, and wants to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace components used by military and commercial aircraft worldwide.
