**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and coordinate project plans for various assignments.
- Supervise and maintain project budgets efficiently.
- Lead and organize survey teams.
- Direct and manage survey operations and activities.
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships through proactive communication.

**Qualifications:**
- 5–10 years of experience in land surveying.
- New York or New Jersey license required
- Skilled in Carlson 2018, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
- Excellent communication capabilities.
- Competence in interpreting civil, architectural, and structural plans.
- Accuracy in boundary evidence examination and survey resolution.
- Expertise in construction layout computations.
