We are actively recruiting a Project Manager to join our client's team, specializing in LAUSD and DSA-regulated K-12 school projects. Based in West Los Angeles with a hybrid onsite/field work environment, this is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful public education projects that shape the learning environments of tomorrow.
The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of architectural experience, including three or more years in managing K-12 or higher education projects within the LAUSD standards. A current California architectural license is required, along with deep knowledge of the DSA process, eTracker submissions, and public sector project delivery. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle—from pre-design to DSA close-out—managing budgets, timelines, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
You’ll serve as the primary liaison to LAUSD staff, DSA reviewers, consultants, and school sites.
This position offers a leadership track where you will mentor junior staff and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver excellence in public school design.
You must be highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, with experience using LAUSD project platforms, such as e-Builder, a plus.
