Sansar Tec LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead strategic Salesforce projects and drive successful implementations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards. This role will require effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to analyze needs and deliver innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project management, ensuring successful execution and delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while communicating status updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to minimize impact.
• Conduct project meetings and presentations to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps, ensuring transparency and engagement from all parties.
• Oversee the work of project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce implementations and project management methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically in Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Project Manager are highly desirable.
