Job Title: SAP Business Objects / HANA Developer Client: Sedgwick

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Objects / HANA Developer to join client's dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in SAP Business Objects Universe development and extensive hands-on experience with SAP HANA modeling, development, and performance optimization.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Business Objects Universe development.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in HANA modeling and development.

• Proven ability to identify and resolve HANA performance bottlenecks through SQL plan analysis and optimization techniques.

• Skilled in HANA integration, creating HANA views, and leveraging these views for robust reporting solutions.

• Successfully implemented a minimum of 4 full-cycle projects using SAP HANA Studio.

• Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing, data modeling methodologies, and fundamental database concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP Business Objects Universes to support business intelligence needs.

• Design, implement, and optimize HANA models and views, ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Analyze SQL execution plans to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate HANA solutions within broader business processes.

• Provide expertise on data warehousing and data modeling best practices.

Requirements :

Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Information Systems or Computer Science major preferred.

Experience Six (6) years of language development in a relevant and applicable language and/or business analytical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Proven experience in interpreting user requirements, business applications design, and development of business applications strongly preferred.
