Job Description

Role :- SAP MM/SD consultant with SAP S4 Hana Retail implementation

Location:- Seattle, WA ( Onsite from day 1)

Mode of Hire:- FTE/Subcon

• Must have 10-12 years' experience in SAP S4 MM, SAP SD functionalities used in Retail domain along with some ECC to SAP S4 migration exposure; preferable to have at least 2-end-to-end retail implementation exp.
• Shall be proficient in requirements gathering, analyzing technical feasibility, designing and estimating new work items for various applications, communicate the customer on out of the box solutions, preferably in Retail domain. Should be able to drive the business workshops.
• Shall have an experience in performing Fit Gap analysis and identify customization for the given business requirements. Should be good in documentation.
• Should have an experience in driving the implementation team from the completed design phase, should be able to communicate the customizations to development team and monitor the course of development.
• Shall have hands on experience in at least one end to end implementation of retail functionalities like "Ship to Mark for" in the retail industry.
• Shall have and experience or exposure in understanding and developing the new requirement using the bulk PO concept functionality where in PO is firmed up 30 days prior to delivery date.
• Should have exposure in the process, where the SKUs in the PO are packed as per the individual store requirement before being dispatched to warehouse or DC by Vendor.
• Shall be proficient in EDI process, mappings and flows between SAP and Non-SAP systems.
• Assist in test plan reviews, creation/updating SAP development methodology, functional & technical specification, and process mapping standards.
• Should have an exposure to review and approve integration and performance test plans created by testing team.
