Job Summary:

We are seeking vigilant, dependable, and highly trained Armed Security Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding client locations by, monitoring surveillance equipment, managing access control, and responding to incidents as needed. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, keen observational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a banking environment.

HOURS: Thursday -Friday 07:45-17:30, and Saturday's 08:30 - 14:00, more hours available if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of people and property.
• Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches.
• Provide clear and calm communication during incidents to de-escalate situations when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities and report any security breaches or issues to supervisors.
• Provide professional, courteous interactions with staff, residents, visitors, and clients.
• For Armed Officers : Safely and effectively handle firearms and other security tools to protect against potential threats.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Class D and/or G Security Licenses.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong observational and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• For Armed Officers : Proficiency with firearms, with a valid firearms license.
