Senior Cloud DevSecOps Engineer

Description:

The Senior Cloud DevSecOps Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud networks and architectures throughout the software development and product lifecycle. They collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to develop high-quality and compliant cloud solutions through development, integration, testing, and deployment phases.\r\rResponsibilities include participating in the full cloud development life cycle (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance), managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, providing technical leadership, developing code to meet objectives, collaborating on software solutions, writing well-documented and efficient code, creating unit tests, conducting code reviews, identifying and fixing bugs, mentoring junior team members, staying current with technologies and trends, and documenting cloud architecture. They work closely with other engineers, project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are satisfied. They apply best practices and modern methods such as CI/CD, test-driven development, and automated testing.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship. Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility and CI Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. 9+ years relevant experience with a BS degree or 7+ years relevant experience with an advanced degree.\r\rPreferred qualifications include proficiency with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CDK, CloudFormation, and Terraform; proficiency with version control, especially Git; knowledge of cloud security best practices, cloud networking, and SSO solutions; strong Python programming skills; familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure and public key cryptography; experience with AWS WorkSpaces; capability with Windows and Linux environments; familiarity with IC Customer Environment best practices; and experience with managed Active Directory services.

Benefits:
