A well-established aerospace manufacturing company in San Diego is looking for a Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations on the production floor. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on machining experience and a passion for leadership in a precision-driven environment.

SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri; 5:45am - 2:45pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shop floor activities, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to machinists and production staff.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving for CNC machines and equipment.
• Maintain workflow and optimize processes to meet production deadlines.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching or training as needed.
• Serve as the point of contact between the shop floor and upper management.
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, machining, or aerospace production environment.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, mechanical assembly, and shop safety.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive, team-first mindset with a strong work ethic.
