Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and creative Site Merchandising Assistant to support our growing e-commerce team. This is an entry-level, part-time role ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital merchandising, marketing, or content strategy.

What You'll Do

Content & Strategy Support

• Contribute to weekly content planning across Email, SMS, Social, and Editorial channels
• Upload weekly site content and ensure accuracy
• Prep and upload flash sale assets, synchronize event launches
• Manage and update category banners and homepage shortcuts
• Create enhanced product profiles
• Request and manage size guides from vendors

Site & Category Management

• Monitor and respond to flagged products and support/vendor requests
• Conduct regular category audits to ensure product accuracy and alignment
• Provide suggestions for taxonomy improvements
• Audit new vendor profiles for completeness and consistency

Reporting & Insights

• Track and report weekly KPIs
• Offer insights based on site performance and merchandising opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Eye for detail and product presentation
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CMS tools a plus
• Interest in retail, fashion, or lifestyle categories is a bonus
• Experience with image editing tools or light graphic work
• Understanding of SEO or product tagging best practices

This role is remote-friendly, though local (Seattle region) applicants are preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.
