Position Summary As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Content and PR Manager to lead our content creation and public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing content strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the manufacturing landscape, and the ability to manage projects cross-functionally.
Position Location: Remote
Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
What You'll Do - Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Ease.io's business goals and marketing objectives.
- Create, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, webinars, press releases, social media posts, and sales enablement materials.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar with internal stakeholders and external resources to ensure consistent delivery of engaging and relevant content across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to gather insights and create content that addresses the needs of our target audience.
- Develop and manage external content resources.
- Investigate and engage any relevant third-party promotional channels or partnerships to expand our content reach.
- Lead PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation, including media outreach and press releases.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and thought leaders to secure coverage and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Foster AI experimentation and implementation
Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in content marketing and public relations in the B2B tech industry, preferably with manufacturing background.
- Proven ability to create compelling and strategic content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in managing and executing successful PR campaigns, including media outreach and relationship building.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Marketo preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
