Since 1969, Lakeside has been the premier provider of specialized behavioral health and addictive disease services in the Memphis and Mid-South region. Job Description
The Staffing Coordinator ensures that staffing requirements for each shift are filled based on experience and qualifications of the employees. Staffing Coordinators review the requirements for each shift to verify that enough properly trained and qualified employees are available for coverage.
The Staffing Coordinator performs responsibilities in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health System.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior hospital and staffing experience required.
Prefer knowledge base of clinical needs for staffing purposes. Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
