About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our global community. You will assist users with their inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on navigating our platform. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other channels
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide platform support
  • Perform content moderation to maintain Trust and Safety standards, removing spam, fraud, and inappropriate content
  • Help customers navigate and effectively use our app and website
  • Handle billing and subscription-related questions
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new software platforms
  • Experience with Freshdesk or other customer support software is a plus
  • Familiarity with meditation and mindfulness practices is a bonus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
