Tax Investigation Agent – Join the Team That's Changing the Game!
Location: In-Person | Irvine, CA | Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM

If you've got experience in  tax case management ,  tax resolution , or  tax sales (or you're looking to grow in the industry), this is your sign.

What You'll Do:

As a  Tax Investigation Agent , you'll:

• Call the IRS on behalf of clients and request transcripts to support our case managers.
• Prepare case summaries and documents that help move resolutions forward.
• Be the first step in changing someone's financial future—all over the phone (no face-to-face client contact required).

What You Bring:

• Experience in tax, sales, or client support (preferred)
• CAF#, CTEC, or PTIN? Great—but not required
• A confident phone presence and strong organization skills
• The ability to stay on top of tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Location:

• Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
• In-person only at our  Irvine, CA office (yup, no remote work here)
• Overtime & weekend availability for those who want to maximize earnings
