Job Description

• Assume full responsibility for directing multiple engagements
• Provide clients with Tax Compliance, Research, Consulting for corporate, partnership and individual returns
• Provide oversight and direction to team of tax specialists in the delivery of tax services
• Initiate and present effective tax planning strategies for a diverse range of middle market clients
• Research and report on trends and developments concerning complex domestic and international tax issues
• Build existing and new client relationships

(Tax Manager) Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in taxation is preferred
• Candidates should have five to seven year's experience in individual, corporate and partnership taxation
• Public Accounting
• 2 year's experience as a tax manager
• CPA

(Audit Manager) Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing multiple auditing and accounting projects and client engagements
• Responsible for planning and executing the full scope of audits for a variety of businesses
• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements
• Simultaneously, scheduling, staffing and coordinating engagement workflow
• Train & develop staff

(Tax Manager) Qualifications:

• 5 years of audit experience in public accounting
• 1-3 year's of recent management experience in a public accounting firm
• Strong leadership skills, ability to participate in and manage teams
• Knowledge of laws and regulatory compliance
• CPA
• Strong communication, research, analytical and writing skills
