A Prestigious Art Collection & Artist Studio Advisor is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Personal Assistant! Candidates must have a minimum of 7-15+ years of applicable personal administrative experience (must be paid on the books!) supporting an UHNW Individual (as they need to understand what that type of lifestyle entails) and a Bachelor’s degree is required/strongly preferred. They need to also have experience working with boards. Ideal candidates should be extremely polished, professional, refined, well-read, super organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). This is a newly created position and a fantastic opportunity to support a sophisticated woman who is incredibly nice and looking for a true right-arm!
- Salary depends on experience (120-150k+ ALL-IN compensation package, includes base and bonus - there may be some flexibility on comp), medical benefits/insurance (they cover premium Blue Cross/Blue Shield + IRA; however, no dental), etc.
- Hours are 9:30am-5:00pm, with flexibility as needed but “quality of life” type role (no more than 40 hours/week).
- She spends half the year in NYC (5 days in home office) and half the year in Colorado (more flexibility/remote work, with expectation this person will go to her home when needed during workday).
Responsibilities: - Schedule and organize extensive personal meetings and appointments (all types); manage and maintain a busy and ever-changing personal calendar.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries (private aviation is the only way she travels).
- Liaise with significant other’s staff.
- Maintain, track, and update extensive art collection inventory worth hundreds of millions.
- Responsible for personal shopping, gift buying, running errands, etc.
- Manage household staff (housekeepers).
- Liaise with staff at other homes, manage food deliveries to prepare for arrival, etc.
- Oversee plant specialists and other vendors.
- Assist with ad hoc/personal projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-15+ years of applicable personal administrative experience supporting an UHNW Individual (must be paid on the books!).
- Bachelor’s degree required/strongly preferred.
- This person needs to have private aviation experience and experience working with boards; experience with designing apartments and dealing with very high-end decorators a huge plus.
- Must be dog friendly.
- Polished, professional, and refined/sophisticated.
- Super organized and detail-orineted.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written); well-read.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Extremely confidential/discrete.
